Common fixes
The popup does not load a reading
Make sure your browser can reach the hosted affirmation API. Visit
the daily endpoint
and confirm it returns JSON.
The extension looks out of date
Go to chrome://extensions, enable Developer Mode if needed, and click the
reload button on the Sacred Grove extension card.
Element filters do not change the reading
Try refreshing the popup. If the issue continues, check whether the API endpoint works
with an element query such as ?element=Water.
Privacy
Sacred Grove Affirmations does not collect browsing history, website content, personal
communications, financial information, health information, or location data.
The extension requests a daily affirmation payload from the Sacred Grove API and displays
it in the popup. Optional filter choices are sent only as simple query parameters so the
API can return a matching reading.
